The Sunset Beach Villa is located just 1.5 miles from the ocean waves and sandy beach, within the golf community of Sea Trail Resort. You have access to three golf courses, driving range, three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, tennis, pickle ball, biking trails, well-equipped fitness gym, corn hole, bocce ball, and a restaurant and tiki bar just a short walk away. Plus BONUS beach parking lot is only a block away from the Sunset Beach Pier!

Clubhouse Road meanders through Sea Trail Resort and it’s three golf courses. Such a quiet and scenic drive.
One of our favorite places to go is Drift Coffee over in Ocean Isle. Just a quick 10 min drive and you’re on the porch sipping a delicious cup of coffee. And they make a good breakfast too!
The Dan Maples Golf Course runs behind the Villa. Makes good watching for wildlife and golfers.
The Sunset Beach Park is on the edge of the ICW and is just a mile away. What a gem!
The Sea Trail Activity Center is just across the street from us. Outdoor pool and restaurant, but the Indoor and game room will keep us busy all year round even on those chilly days.
