Tuesday Night Summer Concert Series June thru August - FREE

Summer Market

Sunset Beach Summer Market is held every Thursday 9am-1pm at the Sunset Beach Waterfront Park. The market will run from May 13th until October 14th and will feature live music, fresh coffee and produce and local artists.

OIB Concerts

Friday Night Summer Concert Series beginning Memorial Day weekend - FREE

The Ocean Isle Concert Series is held each Friday night at 6:30 from May 28th thru September 17th at the Museum of Coastal Carolina parking lot.

Annual Events

Early April (Wilmington)

NC Azalea Festival - For over 60 years Southeastern NC has been throwing a festive event like no other- be sure to be a part of this event the first full week of April each year. The Festival is a celebration of Wilmington's exceptional artwork, gardens, rich history, and culture during its five days of entertainment that includes a parade, street fair, circus, concerts and all things SOUTHERN!!

Mid May (Little River, SC)

Blue Crab Festival - This fun weekend festival is held in mid-May in Little River, SC-just a 15 minute drive from the island. Plan for the fun May 14th & 15th, 2022.

Early October (Sunset Beach)
Sunset at Sunset - Sunset Beach's favorite event is held annually the first Saturday in October and is the perfect one-day event during the perfect time of year. The community block party has entertainment all day, quality crafts and vendors, and some of the best food you'll find anywhere. October 1, 2022 10am-5pm.

Mid October (OIB)

N.C. Oyster Festival - this award-winning event coordinated by the Brunswick Chamber of Commerce in October is held on the island of OIB. You'll enjoy lots of musical acts, crafts, and plenty of food-including great oysters! Join us for 2 days of fun! Saturday Oct 15th from 9am-6pm or Sunday October 16th 10am-5pm.

Clubhouse Road meanders through Sea Trail Resort and it’s three golf courses. Such a quiet and scenic drive.
One of our favorite places to go is Drift Coffee over in Ocean Isle. Just a quick 10 min drive and you’re on the porch sipping a delicious cup of coffee. And they make a good breakfast too!
The Dan Maples Golf Course runs behind the Villa. Makes good watching for wildlife and golfers.
The Sunset Beach Park is on the edge of the ICW and is just a mile away. What a gem!
The Sea Trail Activity Center is just across the street from us. Outdoor pool and restaurant, but the Indoor and game room will keep us busy all year round even on those chilly days.
The Sunset Beach Villa! We love getting to the beach as much as we can, and when we can’t be there we love hosting others who can take advantage and enjoy it as well. So much to do (or not!) Come stay, play, and relax at The Sunset Beach Villa.
