THE AMENITIES!

There is so much to do in Sea Trail Resort. Most is just outside your door! From golf and tennis, to swimming, riding bikes, having lunch on the poolside deck or just sitting and reading a book in the quiet little library. Add FREE beach parking and there’s something to keep everyone busy - All Year Round!

SEA TRAIL AMENITIES (map of facilities)

Pools - Maples Activity Center and outdoor pool is located on Clubhouse Rd about .25 mi away, just turn right when leaving the parking lot (very walkable, there’s a new walking path that you can access across the street from the pkg lot). Pink Palace Pool is located at 295 Rice Mill Circle about .5 mi away.

Fitness Center - Creekside Building at 295 Rick Mill Circle, is directly behind the Pink Palace Pool has a nice gym, indoor hot tub and sauna. Outside you’ll find a bocce ball court, horse shoe pits, corn hole and gas grills.

Beach Parking - Located at 428 First Street, there is a FREE private parking lot about a block from the Sunset Pier. This is reserved for Sea Trail Resort owners and guests. Don’t forget the keycard for gate access.

Indoor Pool /House’s Place Restaurant / Village Activity Center - Across from our parking lot is Royal Poste Rd, and just about 150 yards away you’ll find the Village Activity Center. A little different than the outdoor pools, for the indoor pool and game room there is a small fee for access (ie. family rate is $25 day/$70 week). House’s Place is currently open Thursday-Sunday (free access) with a really nice poolside deck to have lunch outside in nice weather or an easy way to grab take out.

Find your way around: Take a minute to figure out where things are in the condo and resort. We have maps and information available for you. There are multiple pools and other amenities available for a wonderful stay and we’re sure you’ll enjoy taking advantage of them.

Clubhouse Road meanders through Sea Trail Resort and it’s three golf courses. Such a quiet and scenic drive.
One of our favorite places to go is Drift Coffee over in Ocean Isle. Just a quick 10 min drive and you’re on the porch sipping a delicious cup of coffee. And they make a good breakfast too!
The Dan Maples Golf Course runs behind the Villa. Makes good watching for wildlife and golfers.
The Sunset Beach Park is on the edge of the ICW and is just a mile away. What a gem!
The Sea Trail Activity Center is just across the street from us. Outdoor pool and restaurant, but the Indoor and game room will keep us busy all year round even on those chilly days.
The Sunset Beach Villa! We love getting to the beach as much as we can, and when we can’t be there we love hosting others who can take advantage and enjoy it as well. So much to do (or not!) Come stay, play, and relax at The Sunset Beach Villa.
