Get outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

Beach

Sunset Beach is located 1.5 miles away. Parking near the pier is available to owners and guests with the keycard. We like to get away from the crowds and the further you walk South, beyond 40th Street, the quieter it gets.

Golf

There are 15 golf courses within a five mile area, including three right in Sea Trail. Dan Maples Course is literally across the street! If that’s not enough, Myrtle Beach is known for is vast number of golf courses and only 30 mins away.

Tennis

Walkable, the tennis courts are located at the Maples Activity Center, near the Maples Pool. Use your keycard to access the courts for tennis or pickle ball.

Biking

Sea Trail is a great place to go for a bike ride. Flat, quiet streets meanders through the golf course community and designated bike trails are abundant. A mile to the South you can ride to the Sunset Beach park. If you head north for just a mile, you can stop at one of several places to grab lunch.

Pools

Maples Pool, Pink Palace Pool and Village Activity Center are all very close and great options to get in the water and enjoy a swim on a warm Summer day.

Clubhouse Road meanders through Sea Trail Resort and it’s three golf courses. Such a quiet and scenic drive.
One of our favorite places to go is Drift Coffee over in Ocean Isle. Just a quick 10 min drive and you’re on the porch sipping a delicious cup of coffee. And they make a good breakfast too!
The Dan Maples Golf Course runs behind the Villa. Makes good watching for wildlife and golfers.
The Sunset Beach Park is on the edge of the ICW and is just a mile away. What a gem!
The Sea Trail Activity Center is just across the street from us. Outdoor pool and restaurant, but the Indoor and game room will keep us busy all year round even on those chilly days.
The Sunset Beach Villa! We love getting to the beach as much as we can, and when we can’t be there we love hosting others who can take advantage and enjoy it as well. So much to do (or not!) Come stay, play, and relax at The Sunset Beach Villa.
